Ingredients:
Serves 1
1 C Peaches, without sugar
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp lemon juice, fresh
1/8 tsp Cardamom, ground
1 Tbsp Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
1 Tbsp almonds
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine peaches, sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice, and cardamom.
Microwave for 3 or 4 minutes, or until peaches are tender.
Top with yogurt and almonds.
