Ingredients:
Serves 48, 1 cookie per serving
2 Tbsp salted butter, softened
2 tsp canola oil
1/2 C dark brown sugar, packed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
1 large egg white
3/4 C all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.
In a medium bowl, cream butter, oil, and sugar.
Add vanilla, salt, and egg white. Mix thoroughly to combine.
In a small bowl, mix flour and baking soda. Stir into batter.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Drop 48, 1/2 tsp, dough onto non-stick baking sheets, leaving a small amount of space between each cookie.
Bake 4 to 6 minutes, or until golden around edges.
Cool on a wire rack.
