Ingredients:
Serves 6, 1/6 total dish per serving
Directions:
1 lb ground turkey, 93% lean
1 15 oz. can Italian-style tomatoes
non-stick cooking spray
1 10 oz. can refrigerated pizza dough
6 oz. fat free shredded mozzarella
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F degrees.
In a non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, brown turkey until cooked through, stirring and crumbling, to break into small pieces.
Drain and rinse under hot water. Return to skillet.
Add tomatoes. Cook until heated through.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Unroll pizza dough and press into bottom, and halfway up sides, of baking dish.
Top with meat mixture.
Bake, uncovered, for 12 minutes.
Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes, or until crust is browned and cheese melts.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
