Ingredients:
Yield: 12

Brownies;

1 strawberry cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 C canola oil
white chocolate chips, or any flavor

Glaze;

1 C powdered sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a 2 inch overhang on both sides.

In a large bowl or mixer, beat eggs, canola oil, and cake mix, until no lumps remain.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Pour batter into baking dish.

Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean.

Let cool 5 minutes, in pan, before extracting parchment paper from baking dish and transferring to a wire rack.

In a medium bowl, whisk milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar until smooth.

Drizzle glaze over the mostly cooled brownies. Let set 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
