Ingredients:
1 lb rhubarb, cut into 1/4 inch pieces (between 3 and 4 C)
1 C white sugar
1 3 oz. pkg strawberry Jell-O
1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 C water
1/4 C butter, melted
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread rhubarb evenly
in the bottom of baking dish.
Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb, followed by Jell-O, and finally the
cake mix.
Pour water and melted butter over the top. Do not stir.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the rhubarb is tender.
