Ingredients:

Crust;
1 1/2 C flour
1/2 C sugar
3/4 C butter
Rhubarb Layer;
2 C rhubarb, chopped
1/2 C sugar
2 Tbsp flour
Filling;
2 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
Glaze;
2/3 C sour cream
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.
Crust;
Combine flour, sugar, and butter.
Spread and press firmly into a 9X13 baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Rhubarb layer;
In a medium bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, and flour.
Pour into crust.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Filling;
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar.
Beat eggs in, one at a time.
Pour mixture over rhubarb.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Glaze;
In a small bowl, mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla.
Spread over bars as soon as they come out of the oven.
