Ingredients:
3 pkg lady fingers
2 pkg pistachio instant pudding
1 1/2 C milk
16 oz. Cool Whip
2-3 Heath or Skor bars, frozen and crushed
Directions:
Line a 9x13 baking dish with one half of the lady fingers (separate the lady fingers tops and
bottoms).
In a medium bowl, beat pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes.
Fold in 4 oz. Cool Whip.
Spread a half the mixture across lady fingers in dish.
Spread 4 oz. Cool Whip over pudding mixture.
Place another layer of lady fingers on top.
Spread remaining pudding mixture on lady fingers.
Spread 8 oz. Cool Whip on top.
Sprinkle Heath or Skor bars over top.
