Ingredients:
1/2 C butter, cold, cut into small cubes
1 17.5 oz. Betty Crocker oatmeal cookie mix
1 egg
1 C apple, peeled, finely chopped
3/4 C caramel topping
1/4 C all-purpose flour
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 F degrees. Line a 9x13 baking dish with aluminum foil, leaving 2 inches
of extra on each end of dish.
In a large bowl, add oatmeal cookie mix. Mix with two forks or pastry cutter.
Add egg and blend completely.
Reserve 1 1/2 C of cookie mixture.
Pour remaining mixture into baking dish. Press flat with your hand.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Spread apples over crust.
Pour caramel into a small bowl. Add flour. Stir until combined.
Drizzle over apples.
Add reserved cookie mixture.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool to room temperature or place in fridge until ready to serve.
