Ingredients:
3 C frozen hash browns
3/4 C Monterrey Jack pepper cheese, shredded
1 C ham, cooked, cubed
1/4 C green onion, chopped
4 eggs, beaten
1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Arrange hash browns evenly on bottom of baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese, ham, and onions.
In a medium bowl, combine milk, eggs, and seasonings.
Pour mixture over hash browns and cheese.
Refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until set.
