Ingredients:
2 bags Doritos (flavor of your choice), crushed into medium size pieces (13-16oz. bags)
4 C shredded chicken
4 C shredded cheese (flavor of your choice, separated into 3 C and 1 C)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans Rotel
1 C sour cream
1 C milk
1 pkg taco seasoning
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Mix together all ingredients (3 C cheese), excluding Doritos.
Layer half the Doritos (about 2 C) on the bottom. Spread half the chicken mixture.
Layer remaining Doritos.
Add the rest of chicken mixture.
Add remaining 1 C cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
