Ingredients:
Yield: 6-7 C
6-7 C fresh cauliflower florets
1/3 C water
1/4 C all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Flip florets over and cook for another 5 minutes.
In a medium bowl, whisk hot sauce and melted butter, until combined and smooth.
Remove from oven. Brush hot sauce over florets, until coated thoroughly.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until crispy and sauce is absorbed.
Let cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
